Shelby has just joined the Memorable Moments team as of July 2026; however, she has been doing this for years and we frequently crossed paths in the industry! I’m a proud mama of two, a creative at heart, and someone who’s always found joy in celebrating life’s sweetest moments. For the past four years, I’ve had the honor of working in the wedding industry—and I truly believe that every love story deserves to be told in a way that feels joyful, personal, and effortlessly beautiful.
I’m at my happiest when I’m needed! Whether that means bringing a vision to life, solving last-minute hiccups, or simply being a calm, steady presence on a big day. I love being the one who “makes it happen” and helps save the day when it counts most. When I’m not wrangling my little ones or savoring a quiet cup of coffee, you’ll find me pouring my heart into planning timelines, designing thoughtful details, and ensuring each bride feels calm, confident, and cared for. I know how overwhelming the planning process can feel but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to be the supportive, behind-the-scenes friend who brings peace, clarity, and a whole lot of joy to your planning journey."

A little about Kylie:
Working within the wedding industry is something I have wanted to do since my sophomore year of high school. And....here I am now. There is more on the back story in the 'About Us' section if that interests you.
I graduated from MSU (Mankato MN) in 2019 with a degree in Recreation Parks and Leisure Services (RPLS). With a focus in Leisure Planning Management (LPM). Our classes consisted of many things, but my favorites were when we were learning how to plan an event, start to finish. Events, regardless of it being a wedding or not, has so many moving parts. Which is what we specialize in! Our goal is to help ease any stress that inevitably comes along with your events. - Let us do the worrying so you don't have to.
Memorable Moments by KW was started my senior year of college in 2019. For the last 6 years I've been grinding to bring my visions to life. And the 2 year prior to that working within other aspects of the industry to further my knowledge and experience. I am beyond blessed with the clients I've been able to help, vendors I've build relationships with and honestly the name that I've built for myself within this industry. I am very pleased to welcome our 3 other planners to the team and expand the number of couples we're able to help. No matter what planner you have for your day, I can assure you that you will be in good hands. - I am kind of particular...haha, they surpass all expectations I could ever have.
What I love most about the industry and what I do:
I love the impact I am able to make on someone else's day. To allow someone ease on a day that is notoriously known for causing stress/chaos is the best gift you can give them. The feeling I get inside hearing 1 'thank you' from my couple or a family member, is a high that could last a lifetime. Being apart of someone's wedding day is an honor you carry forever.
Industry wise - I love the connections within the industry. The bond you form with other vendors even at the first time meeting them. We all have this mutual understanding and respect that we do all things possible to ensure our couples have a wonderful day. Even if that means taking on a job that isn't 'our job'. <-- Because I don't even know what that phrase means! We are in your corner 100%.
