Decoration Rental Only
This package provides the Bride & Groom with the ability to choose decorations from my inventory and rent them for their day. This package does NOT include my services of setting up or cleaning up the decorations. The Price of this package is determined from the item rental form. Decorating Services
This Package provides the Bride and Groom with set-up and clean-up services from myself the week of the wedding as well as standard decor items. The price provide includes my service fee and the use of my standard decor. The standard decor includes, The head table backdrop, decorations for the head table, all vases under 10.5", pillar and tea light candles (excluding floating and candle sticks.), skirting, table mirrors, sign-in table items/decor, In-Memory table items/decor, tulle, and up-lighting. This process can be explained further with your inquisition. Free estimates are provided.
Linens can be requested for an additional charge of $200.00, for the rental. (As many as you need.) And a flat fee of $100.00 for cleaning. They are not included in the $1,400.00 Decorating Services Package.

This package is the perfect package for a Bride & Groom who want to plan their wedding, but would like guidance, consultations and the ability to relax on the big day while someone else endures any headaches that may occur.
‘Day of Coordinator’ – Starts at $700.00 for everything listed below and goes up with add-on’s.

Pre-Wedding –
- Helping with any needed vendor recommendations.
- Assisting with the wedding day timeline.

Day of Wedding –
- Set up of the guest book, place cards, and favors.
- Candle Lighting at ceremony/reception site.
- Transportation of cards and gifts.
- Acting as point of contact for all vendors.
- Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed.
- Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.
- Dealing with unforeseen issues
- On site the day of for 6 hours
Partial Planning Services
This package is ideal for a couple that wants to assist in planning their big day but not
take on the full burden of start to finish planning that a wedding entail.

- Providing vendor recommendations if needed.
- Reviewing vendor contracts.

- Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal.
- Assisting with any rentals.
- Assisting with seating charts or room layouts.
- Assisting with RSVP’s
Day of Wedding –

- Point of contact for all vendors.
- Assisting wedding party and guests as needed.

This package is for the couple that want a full-time wedding coordinator overseeing every aspect of their wedding.
‘Full Planning Services’ – Starts at $3,500.00 for everything listed below and goes up with add-on’s.
This package is for the couple that want a full-time wedding coordinator overseeing every aspect of their wedding. This couple want to provide inputs and help with the style/design of the day but ultimately want to have someone else take the reigns so they can show up and enjoy their big day!
This Package Includes:
Pre-Wedding –
- Creation of a wedding planning timeline.
- Developing and tracking a budget.
- Ceremony and Reception venue location.
- Vendor recommendations, negotiations and booking.
- Contract reviews with all vendors.
- Management and point of contact for all vendors.
- Creation and design.
- Assisting in save-the-dates, wedding invitations and thank you’s.
- Typing and placing name cards if needed.
- Organizing and overseeing guest RSVP’s.
- Coordinating transportation if needed.
- Marriage License assistance.
- General advice and consultation.
- Unlimited meeting and coordination time.
- Attendance at vendor meetings.
- Follow-up will all vendors prior to the wedding.
- Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal.
Day of Wedding –
- Setup of wedding guestbook, place cards, and favors.
- Coordinating pinning of boutonnieres and ensuring flowers are received by the appropriate persons.
- Point of contact for all vendors.
- Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed.
- Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.
- Dealing with any unforeseen issues.
- Coordinate load out.
- On Site/around for 10 hours.
Custom Package/Destination Package
Any custom package pricing will need to be discussed during a meeting due to the multiple variables offered. However, this package allows you to customize and create you ideal wedding planning experience, needed for your day.

This package contains all the prep for a graduation event. This package only covers the planning services and onsite presence for vendor set up. No decorations or set-up/clean-up of decorations are provided in this package.
The package includes:
- Five meetings/consultations prior to the event.
- Unlimited emails/phone calls.
- Helping with any needed vendor recommendations.
- Vendor scheduling and follow-ups/confirmations.
- Linens and Skirting provided in cost if wanted.
- Assisting with the timeline of the event.
- Distributing final payment to the vendors.
- Point of contact for all vendors.
- Developing and tracking budget for event and what family can spend for billing amount.
- Mailing all invites. (Addresses, stamps, invitations and envelopes provided by the customer.)
- Individual in charge of ordering/renting/purchasing items needed for the day.
- Onsite for the beginning of the event than back at completion.
- Dealing with unforeseen issues.
Package starts at: $300.00 goes up depending on client needs/decoration assistance.
Custom Graduation Package
