This Package Includes:
Pre-Wedding –
- Pre-wedding consultations.
- Providing vendor recommendations if needed.
- Reviewing vendor contracts.
- Constructing a timeline for the wedding day.
- Attendance at final vendor meetings.
- Confirming details with all vendors prior to the wedding.
- Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal.
- Assisting with any rentals.
- Assisting with seating charts or room layouts.
- Assisting with RSVP’s
Day of Wedding –
- Setting guest book, place cards and favors.
- Transporting of cards and gifts.
- Point of contact for all vendors.
- Assisting wedding party and guests as needed.
